Pennsylvania...We built a new house 1 and 1/2 years ago. We just received our "school taxes" and the assessment is the same as last year (just the vacant land assessed). If we pay the "lower" amount since they never reassessed, will be have to pay the difference if they reassess next time?

**A: and what did the tax office tell you when you asked them this same question?
