proposal confidentiality

Hi Folks!
I have envisaged an innovative web advertising format and have written a proposal detailing the concept. How do I ensure prospective business partners do not use or divulge the concept without my permission?

It seems they shy away once I mention confidentiality or non disclosure.

Have an attorney draft a non-disclosure agreement for them to sign. Also, talk to an intellectual property lawyer about copyrighting, patenting or trademarking the concept.
