I am selling my 1 bdr condo through a realtor. The buyer's agent submitted a proposal to my agent who in turn submitted a counter proposal. Is my counter proposal a binding contract that I have to sell or can I change my mind and not sell. Circumstances in my life have changed and I need to move back in to my condo.
