I do not have many options regarding attorneys in my area. I am currently filing for full custody of my son once again because my ex-wife continues to violate an order handed down from the court. I'm filing for a second time for Fulll Custody, I have hired a reputable attorney, but the attorney is a prosecuting attorney of the neighboring county I'm filing in. Is this an unwise choice or should I involve an attorney who specializes in Domestic Relations; Afterall this attorney has handled all legalities involving my previous custody situations. I respect his work, but should I consider changing attorneys. How much trouble is it to transfer previous records from one attorney to another, and could this be expensive starting over?
