Are prosecutors allowed to call and harass commands after they get pissed off at someone that made them loose their trial? Shouldn't they be focusing on their cases instead of trying to get back at witnesses by looking them up on the internet to try and find dirt on them so that they can get some payback?

Well someone went and complained to this prosecutor about me because her chain of command said that there is nothing wrong with me posting an opinion on my personal internet page about her (I sent her no threatening messages, or any messages at all, I didn't tell her to visit my page or put the word out for her to visit it, she decided to go to it herself). And this prosecutor has a grudge against me because I made him loose the case, so he decides to call my command and make a big deal about my webpage, make them think that there is something wrong with it. They don't know anything about law, so they decided to trust him and now I am the one getting reprimanded. But the catch is, if there is anything wrong then why doesn't someone charge me already instead of continuing with this harassment? I thought there was such thing as freedom of speech as long as you weren't talking bad about the President or people that are in charge of you, I believe that is Article 88. The only thing I could think of is maybe Article 117, but I didn't send her anything that was provoking or reproachful and I definately didn't do or say anything in her presence that was provoking or reproachful.

You do have the freedom of speech but you better be prepared for the consequences of what you say. Freedom of speech does not mean you can say whatever you want with no retribution or consequences. Freedom of speech means that the government will not control what you say or tell you what you can say. Your command could possibly charge you with Article 134.

934. ART. 134. GENERAL ARTICLE
Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.

It would probably be in your best interest to get off your high horse. (I made him lose the case) and swallow your pride. Say what your command wants to hear and they may possibly let you out of this with a little bit of a reputation left. Hope this helps.

It does help, thankyou. About that lawyer, he is a snake, he bends around rules to get what he wants (kinda like alot of people at this place where I'm at, and they all get away with it) and I know he hated me after that trial because I was his witness and didn't play along with his trying to persuade my mind to believe and say what he wanted me to (he kept trying to get me to believe that the defendant was manipulative and a jerk, and in my opinion the defendant definately was not). I'm not telling my command anything (I didn't tell them that the lawyer hates me, but if I get court martialed, I will let them know that we have a history so that he cannot be the prosecutor in my case). Someone told me that most of the time there are holes in their info, and they try to fill them, and I am not telling them anything to incriminate myself (I don't know if the info could help or hurt me). I have decided that I will wait to see if they want to charge me with anything and if they do, then I will ask to speak to a lawyer. I will take the advice my lawyer gives after that. Alot of people I have talked to said that this is crap and that it shouldn't go higher than a Page 11 entry, but who knows, this place where I'm at lives to ruin people's careers, I can't stand the corruption here. The problem about the corruption is that the whole place is like that and everyone is in everyone elses back pocket (I'm talking about people with a whole lot more rank on their collars than me). Whenever someone tries to request mast (or request captains mast) they shoot them down and get away with it. Plenty of people that I work with have tried to do something about the corruption of our commanding officer (he tells people's medical info and NJP/court martial info to the whole unit), but he has friends in high places that stop it before it can go further than them. And those co-workers get treated bad by the CO now and can't do anything about it. I wish I could show you what I wrote, but I can't post that because then I might incriminate myself, and then I'm starting all over again making the same mistake.
