What is the name of your state? California

I am a florist and I recently made a terrible error in regards to a floral delivery for a wedding. I was to show up prior to the 10am ceremony time and instead there was a typo on my paperwork and I arrived at 2pm. Needless to say the bride was not interested in any of the arrangements and asked for a full refund. I feel that she is due the full amount of her money however, I would like to make sure that this situation is never discussed further. Do I have any recourse to make sure she never speaks about this situation in a manner that will reflect negatively on my business?
