protecting self against fiancés ex-spouse.

What is the name of your state? Washington

We plan on getting married in July of this year in Las Vegas. I need to know if my fiancés ex-wife can come after my assets, income or taxes (if we file married, filing separately) for back child support. We do pay all current support and a little extra to back support. Also, can she take him back to court to increase support payments because of my income? Are there any other issues we need to consider before getting married? Ex-spouse is not happy about the upcoming marriage (after 7 yrs separation/divorce) & will do just about anything to make things difficult on us.
