new jersey - recently separated heading for divorce. Asked ins. rep to supply me with any policies that include my name w/duration periods. one policy or tentative policies is life ins. 250,000 which was he said deposit was reimbursed. i never received check, so i asked for copy of check 3 wks. ago. still haven't gotten it. when i inquired about receiving the rest of the information, he said he wasn't allowed to. any suggestions how to effectively demand information and/or specific terminolgy to be used? thanks

You may not be entitled to it UNLESS you are the OWNER of the policy. If you are, you are entitled.
