Needless to say I am freaked out by it all. I am buried in work (month end and year end) and in school work (MBA in Accouting). *sigh*

I hate mediation and all that jazz. He is already acting like he is going to have the kids the entire week of Xmas. Kids said last weekend him and the wifey bought them Xmas dresses and the oldest overheard Wifey telling her mom that (and I quote because the oldest is like a tape recorder) "of course the kids will be with us. That stupid *bleep* can't keep them from us. StupidEx will put her in her place". Nice eh? Of course my oldest being so outspoken its crazy interupts the Wifey and says "Mom says we are sharing Xmas with our Dad so who is going w/you to Their house?" LOL Gotta love the kids!!!!

Personally I think its absurd I am being taken to court for FOLLOWING the court order.

I got distracted from the SH stuff thanks to the AH stuff and now I need to get it all back together.

My original date was 2 days before Thanksgiving, but cuz my attorney was sick, it was rescheduled.

Gee - the X STILL hasn't produced a 2006 tax return. Good thing I have it documented on why I am now NOT waiving his arrearage. I traded arrearage for a tax return. In the mean time, we found out that my daughter could use me instead of him (he was custodial of the 18yo.) So, no need anymore

So, we'll see what kind of Christmas present the courts can give me.

Had a meeting with the GAL yesterday...she agreed that all Family Courts should be suspended from Nov 1- Jan 5
