i would like to get copies of my ex,s psyc records is this possible?
i now have no lawyer.
my ex claims and the judge believes that her illness [diagnosed anxiety and situationl depression by a normal doctor not a mental health proffesional] is just brought on by the divorce.
Im trying to only get a proper psyc evaluation done that was ordered by the first mediator. the ex supplied a evaluation that was as stated by the second mediator [there was no valid information to make any proper diagnoses] I am not trying to take custody away. I only want to protect my daughter and make sure the court has a handle on her illness for the best interest of the child.
the evaluation was done by her normal psychiatrist that shes see,s on a normal basis. I believe it is biased in her favor because a doctor 2 months previous diagnosed her with anxiety and situational depression described above. the eval states no illness or condition at all.
My ex claimed life long mental illness to me but her lawyers tell the judge in court that she did not have a psychiatrist prior to the divorce. She was in fact seeing a doctor for a year before the divorce and the doctor kicked her out of his office and refused to further treat her for her violence and hysteria in his waiting area argueing over a 35 dollar bill.
sorry for being long winded but i need help as when i go in front of a judge in a few weeks this will be my last chance to get this done. the judge did order a in house supervisor/thearapist to watch her for 4 visits at 1.5 hours a session. i know the ex can hold it together and play house nice in front of someone. i believe this will not give the proper diagnoses because the part im afraid of is the violence and hysteria she will not exhibit in front of a stranger.
