What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas KS

I wasrecently terminated from my job of over 9 years. I had accrued over 150 hours of paid time off (PTO). The company policy is no PTO payouts upon termination.

is there any Kansas law/rulings that would apply in my situation?
