PTO Payout when getting laid off

What is the name of your state? California. I live and work full time remotely in California and my employer HQ is in Michigan. I just got laid off after only two months of employment yet my PTO accrued time indicates 80 hours. Am I entitled to getting paid the accrued PTO time? I was an executive (VP of Sales) and salaried with full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. I also had 401 K matches taken out of my pay and did not have a 401K set up yet. The reason they gave for laying me off was they were having financial issues.

Thank you.

You are entitled to be paid whatever PTO time you have actually accrued. If your record shows what you would have earned and not what you did earn, you are only entitled to the portion that you did earn. Obviously I have no way of knowing how much that is.
