Hi I was wondering if my employer terminate my employment because he want to transfer me to a new company. After termination of the old company, is he(my old employer) liable to pay out my accrued PTO or my PTO will be pay when I leave my new company? Both company(the new employer and old employer) the President is the same person and both company is a corporation. Also the accrued PTO is not allowed to be transfered to the new company. Is my old company supposed to pay out my accrued PTO after I terminated?
