I was recently terminated by my employer. I have 10 days Paid Time Off that was granted as of January 1, 2005 of which I haven't taken any. My employer is saying he doesn't have to pay for unused PTO. What measures can I take to get the $$ that is due? I could really use it durring my recovery as I won't get a paycheck from my new employer for a couple weeks.
