PTO's "Disclosure Document Registration Program"

Connecticut.

Hi, I'd just finished writing a page-long, well constructed post and it was erased. I'll just get to the questions :)

1. Can a disclosure document registration be relied upon as evidence of conception beyond two years?

2. Can services performed by an agent such as "Invent-Tech" be considered "reducing an invention to practice"?

3. Are disclosure documents registered before 2007 still valid?

Your help is appreciated. Thank you!

No, for two reasons. First, the USPTO has discontinued the program. Second, the USPTO destroys the documents after two years.

What services?

3. Are disclosure documents registered before 2007 still valid?
Presumably, it's not clear from the USPTO website. You may want to contact the USPTO to find out for sure.
