What is the name of your state? Arizona

I was investigated and charged with the sale of non-dangerous, non-narcotic, prescription medication. I plead to a misdemeanor possession of a non-dangerous prescription medication I paid fine with no probation however, law enforcement has published on the internet that I in fact sold a non-dangerous prescription medication paid a fine and had three months probation. This can viewed by anyone who has computer and internet access.

My question is this if I was NOT convicted or plead to the sale of a prescription medication can law enforcement publish my name on the internet to reflect that in fact I did sell a prescription medication.

Yes, if the information is factually correct. The specific language of the post would have to be read, and NOT your interpertation. However, in your own words you said you were arrested and charges with the sale of same. Just because you plead to a lesser charge does not mean the original charges are now offlimits.
