My response:
You literally say to him/her: "You're fired." Then he/she says under his/her breath: "Thank God, one less case to worry about."
Then, you go out and hire you're own attorney by paying a hefty retainer fee, plus an hourly fee - - anywhere from $125.00 to $300.00 per hour.
