I live in the UK.

Hi, I'm not sure if I have posted this in the right forum but here goes...

I am looking to use a book for my business that i run and want to use the content from it.

I need to know if this book falls in the "public Domain" since the book was published in the US in 1907. I keep hearing that any book published in the US before 1923 is now public domain material and free for anyone to take and use.

Please can someone help me with this

Many thanks

Richard

I do not know the answer to your question on United States copyright laws.

But you can start your investigation here:
