I'm curious as to whether anyone has defended a "public drunk" charge in a state that requires that an individual be drunk "in the presence of two or more persons." I'm considering arguing that since only the officer will be testifying, then there is only proof that ONE person saw the individual when intoxicated. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance, Carbuckle.

Nice try. The officer will simply have his crash test dummy testify and then you'll look like the real dummy.
