public use of over head electric power line property

michigan: our property has over head electric power lines running through. atvs, motorcycles, 4 wheelers etc...cross our property along the power line. Is this trespassing on their part? can we legally attempt to stop public use of the property by a fence, signs, gate? what must we do to keep things legal with the power company to allow them access? thank you.

Fence the property and put in a locked gate that only you and the power co. have the keys to. Work it out with the powers that be.
