Publishing and rights to???

I'm researching a book that will be published. My research requires that I speak with a number of people and get there personal input and stories.

I'd like to incorporate a disclaimer that would inform the people whom I've spoken with that they there stories may be used and they have no recourse to royalties or anything to do with the book. Can you recommend any specific wording or disclaimer resources that would accomplish this?
