What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

Ok guys. Here is my case. Im nick, im 18 years old.

I drive a manual 2002 honda civic. On occasion, I pick my brothers up from school.

This time, when I was picking them up, I got pulled over right in school zone.:D

My first pull over ever on April 1st :p

From time to time, over a couple of weeks when I came to school I revved my engine while slightly losing traction of tires. It was not a long, horrible screeching tire sanding burning peel out, it was a very light one because my car is VERY easy to peel out. (for those who ever drove a standard civic you know what i mean) I'd rev my engine to 3-4k in gear 1, let go clutch do a lil traction, switch to gear 2 and keep driving normally.(Roughly 15mph) There are speed bumps everywhere, the place is packed with other cars, and you can't drive fast, just make noise. At the time, my exhaust was messed up, and my car sounded LOUD like crazy loud, but went nowhere. I'll admit, a couple of times I intentionally peeled out cuz my lil bro asked me, I never thought it was such a big problem for these pissed off school cops.

So around 2 weeks I didnt pick my bros up. But yesterday, after picking em up, the cop was around, and when I went over the speed bump I revved my car 3-4k while letting go of the clutch little by little, BECAUSE THE CAR IS MANUAL YOU HAVE TO REV IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED. I'm guessing he remembered a civic from 2 weeks ago, and made the traffic patrol stop all cars, walked to my car and made me pull over to the side.

With extreme anger and hatered, he told me that he is 'sick of me comming here every day, revving the engine, burning tires, and making noise with my car on HIS property'. He said I was going 40MPH when there's speed bumps, and a ton of other cars making it impossible to go over 10. After he said that, he realized what he said was extremely stupid, and so did i. He said he tried to get me before, but he was on foot. With huge surprise, i thought he was making an april fools joke. Unfortunately, it wasnt. But I am just amazed of people like that, honestly. He issued me a $135 ticket no warning no nothing.

"Harsh and Objectionable Noise" $100
"License Not In Possession" $35

I understand this is nonsense. But I am taking it to court, and I need your opinion on which points should I include and which shouldn't I.

Here's my thought on this, correct me if I'm wrong.

1. He had no reason to pull me over the day I came. He "remembered" me from 2 weeks ago, when I had a broken exhaust. I changed the exhaust gauge since. At the time he pulled me over, I had a perfect new exhaust gauge, and my car made NO NOISE. My car is extremely quiet now even when I rev. Can he bring something up that happened 2 weeks ago, when he has NO PROOF it was me? For all I know, it couldve been my buddy driving my car, or it was somebody elses car. I honestly doubt he took down my plate # and checked every time I drove by. In fact, I found the SAME EXACT civic, same color, the exact same car, parked in student parking lot. I even parked next to it and took a picture of both of our cars. For all I know, that guy couldve driven like a maniac, and I got all the blame for it!

I need some help, If you need any more information just post here. thank you for your help.

Hi Nick, I'm Zigner -

You admit in your post that your car makes A LOT of noise (since your exhaust system is messed up). So, that ticket is valid.
Did you have your license in your possession? I'm guessing "no", since you got a ticket for that too!

No I don't. I drive a manual transmission 2004 Honda Civic on a regular basis, this is in Washington where the roads are wet quite often and up till a few days ago, covered in ice and snow. I have never spun the tires on this car, even when the weather is inclement. As a former profession race car driver, I still drive my vehicles in an entusiastic manner.

I would suggest obtaining proper driving instruction on driving a car with a manual transmission. I would also like to be your mechanic, clutch jobs on Civics run about $2000 with parts and labor, the way you drive I would bet your clutch won't last too long.

There is also nothing in this post that remotely comes close to violating you civil rights. I would suggest you post in the correct category, the one called traffic tickets.

I admit it MADE noise, the day he pulled me over there was no reason whatsoever! I never said my exhaust system is messed up, it was a minor problem that got fixed weeks ago. How does it make the ticket valid if ANYONE couldve driven by on a honda civic, do whatever they wanted, and he'd end up blaming it on me.

First of all, this is my first car, and i beat on it from time to time, but at school zone it was nothing but a little tire traction from letting the clutch go too fast.

If the cop walked up to me, pulled me over, talked to me and told me he'd appreciate it if I didn't do it again, I would immediately take it as a warning, and would NEVER do it again at school. On the other hand, now I'm mad as hell, I wanna do it again, (which I will after I go to court and appeal it) and I lost all respect for him. Quite frankly, I think the only reason he got so pissed off and mad as hell is cuz im russian.

PS: Yea I didn't have a license, my bro called me up, I live 2 minutes from school wouldnt expect some retard to pull me over u know?

You gotta admit. NO WARNING? This is rediculous.
