I was pulled over on a city street for no reason but when the police officer asked me for my license and registration he saw a NYC Police Parking Permit displayed on my dashboard which was forged with my license plate #. I was arrested for posession of a forged document and I am waiting on trail with a misd. charge. The police report mentions nothing about a reason why I was initially pulled over. Will this stand in court if I push the fact that there wasn't no reason? Need advice , thanks.
