In the state of SC what can be done to someone that has knowinly married someone when they were not legally divorced? Jail time and how much? Fines and how much? Will the charges be in family court, civil, or what? I intend to press charges.We lived together for about 2 years, what is the time limit for annullment in this state?I also have proof of physical abuse against him.
