I purchased a puppy for 800.00, she had discounted him becasue she said he had mites that had been healed.
I asked my Vet a couple weeks befor i purchased him about his condition.
My Vet told me to make sure the mites were not of the Genetic nature, The woman assured me they were just the common type and her Vet said all the tests done showed they were not the bad kind.
As soon as I picked the god up we went straight to my Vet, The mites he had were exactley the type of mites she said he did not have.
I could not reach her so I went a put a stoo payment on my check.
She will not take him back at all and says she will see me in court.
We did no contract and the puppy was sold AS IS, I understood this but also understood he was free of the genetic problem.
I have spent 200.00 treating this dog in a 1 weeks time.
I feel she owes me the 200.00 spent to date and take her puppy back.
She refuses to even be fair.
I have never been sues beofr but is it possible she could win this judgement against me?
She knew I wopuld someday breed him to my female, This little male cannot be used for breeding because it is agenetic problem.
The AD she placed for him said he had a skin infection and it is gone.
It was not gone.
Please help me with some feedback

I don't know how mites can be a genetic problem. That doesn't make sense.

Aside from that, have an attorney write her a nasty gram to scare her into taking the puppy back. It sounds like you might be going to small claims court. Start gathering your documentation now, including the findings of the vet.
