I purchased a puppy from Breeders Direct LLC on 12/11/2008, on 12/17/2008 I canceled that order and was informed that I would get my refund ($2766.58) within 8-10 business days, after numerous calls and emails, as of today (1/14/2009) I am still waiting on my refund, and getting a run-a-round what are my options.
