I suspect they will sue you for your breach of the contract. Why don't you talk to them?

I have I asked even if I could swap it but the manager said they don't do that if they going to sue me I guess they will have to I just had the car for a week I put $1200 down just doing a pickup payment they did tell me if I missed the pickup payment they would take the car I was told They could take it as a rental place help
