Purchased a home under siblings name

purchased a home in california under sibling's name. after a few months she has decided she is legal owner even though she has never invested a penny towards it. my name shows in every receipt and canceled checks from the time the home was purchased. who should be the owner? how can I get her to transfer the mortgage in my name?
