What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KS

I purchased an item on iOffer: A place to buy, sell & trade that the seller claimed to be an authentic Coach bag--and wallet. I asked many questions of the seller who vouched that the items were 100% authentic. When I received the items I took them to a Coach store and the manager notified me that they were indeed fake---as I suspected from the cheap hardware on the purse, as I'm somewhat familiar with the products from previous purchases. She is insisting the authenticity and at this point is refusing to refund my money saying that I don't know what I'm talking about and that her she swears they are authentic. She's claiming that I can register them with Coach and it will prove they are real...but I can make up a serial number on the Coach website and it will say "your product is now registered" so I know that doesn't mean anything. Can I throw any legitamate threats of legal action her way? She claims to be from Canada, and I'm a US buyer from Kansas.

Thank you.

Go to Canada and sue the bad person. Or if you paid with a credit card, file a complaint with the credit card company.
