I purchased a 1993 Chry. Concorde from a private party in March of this year. The seller provided a written warranty with the car. Since March I have had more than $1000.00 in repairs all of which should have been covered by the "warranty". The Warranty does not state that the seller perform any necessary repairs yet he refuses to reimburse me for said repairs stating he offered to fix the car except i wouldnt bring it to him! The nature of the problems wouldnt even allow me to get the car to him! The last problem with the car i did take the car to him. A round trip of over 100 miles. The car was returned to me dented and scratched and now it has more problems. What can I do? Does the lemon law apply as he gave me a written warrenty? also through CARFAX I discovered the odometer reading has been altered!
Please help.
