(Oregon)Recently I found a truck I wanted to Buy in Texas. The price in the ad said it was 11,995. When I went to make the dealer an offer, he said that it was 18,995 and the price was a misprint. The dealer has not updated the price and its now been 2 days since his reply. Isnt there a law regarding legal purchase at the listed sale price? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

People make mistakes. This was a misprint and the dealer is not liable.

**A: if it was a print ad, the dealer could get a letter from the paper confirming the misprint. Look for another truck.
