My friend purchased a used car out on the street for a set amount. She went to pick up the pink slip and the seller told her she still had a balance for dmv charges and taxes. This balance was never mentioned and the seller at that point said he worked at a dealer ship. So of course after 2 years he wants to collect these fees.
