What is the name of your state? Idaho

I was wondering what it means to put a house in a trust. Two owners of this home may put the house in a trust in the names of three children. I understand this trust will be set up to fund itself in order to pay expenses on the home. Nobody resides at this home; it is used mainly for a vacation home.

Can some offer some insight on this?
