I'd like to know if there is a way to make a gifting program legal on the internet. I guess it would be considered a pyramid, because it would be groups of people sending money and the money would build with each send.

That type of program is illegal even in cyberspace. Do yourself a favor and search this BB with keywords gifting program. You will be glad you did.

Here is a legal gifting program. Go online to the American Bar Association website and make a donation using a major credit card.
