Our divorce decree stated that we were to share in the expense of having a QDRO drafted for our retirement/401K(s). I contacted the firm & paid for my half of the process. That was over 4 months ago. My ex has continually dragged his feet on EVERY matter. Ignoring emails from the firm and continuing to not give me any response as to when he will take care of the matter. Is there a way for me to get him to legally comply to this process without having to get a lawyer??? I just want to be completely done. No more attachments. Please help
