My question was. Since both my ex and I work for the same company, under the same retirement and benefit package, do we both have to submit a QDRO order to the court and to the company QDRO division? If of course you want to break someone's kneecap, please, go ahead with my enthusiastic blessings.......

My response:

Yes, because two, ostensibly, different retirement plans are being divided.

So, get on your attorney's case about this. If by Monday, he has at least started the QDRO, let me know, and I'll have Guido and Lucianno make a little visit to him.
