Missouri - I have changed lawyers and still am having a hard time in regards to my QDRO. The QDRO is only for survivor benefits pension plan. My husband is keeping all of his pension, i when he dies the QDRO will direct the pension company to pay me survivor benefits. What does a lawyer do for this? What is the scenario of getting a QDRO?
