I have been trying to get out of debts for 7 years and nothing seems to work. Currently I make about $60,000/year, married with no kids, no property except my car to work. I own about $24,000 on my student loans and another $29,000 just from my %19.9 interest rate credit cards. I am desperately need help to be out of debts, can someone give me some advice? From reading about all this for 1 hour, I think Bankcruptcy Chapter 7 is the cleanest way that can help me to start out fresh, should I be thinking of it or shouldn't I?
