grounds for malpractice

grounds for malpractice are that a health care provider was negligent in his treatment of you, which includes treating you in a manner that is not up to the standards of care of the community.

There are other points that must be included, such as that the treatment caused you harm.

What is the compensation is a question that is dependent on the type of malpractice and the extent of the damages to you by the faulty treatment.

At current time you are being extremely vague.
