What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Just got done with my 341 meeting and it all went to fast that I blanked out and did not give complete answers to some of the questions the trustee asked my wife and I. One of the questions was about our 2nd mortgage and the reasons for it. We forgot to mention that we took out a 2nd mortgage to pay off some credit cards. Should I be worried? How can I correct this?

Just for clarification, are you saying that everyone knows about the second mortgage, they just don't know the reasons for it, or are you saying that they don't know about the second mortgage?

Everyone knows about the second mortgage. We had two reasons for the second mtg. One was to add a room to the house and the other was to pay off some credit cards. We told the trustee about the room addition but forgot to mention the credit cards.

I would not worry about it.
