Hello,
I had a question regarding a stolen snowmobile in wisconsin. My friend bought a stolen snowmobile that he later sold to another person. That person now wants my friend to buy the sled back or he says hes calling the cops. My friend is not the one who stole the sled, but could he still get in trouble if this other guy calls the cops? There is no real proof (I dont think) that my friend ever sold the guy this sled. What is the penalty for selling stolen property such as the snowmobile?
Any help you guys can give me would be great.
Thanks!
