I have a 4 year old daughter. I married a man who was aware that this was not his child (his name is on birth certificate) and when we divorced we had to have a paternity test to prove she was not his. Since then, he has had no contact with her. For her to be adopted,
1) Will I have to locate her bio father & have him sign off parental rights?
2) Will I still have to terminate parental rights from the man on her birth certificate? or is that automatically done w/ the paternity test?
