What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I have a restricted driving permit. I have a BAIID device in my car and a camera. My permit allows me to drive to and from work. I'm in desperate need of more income and have landed another job. My concern is if I will get in trouble if I drive to my new job. I know I will get in trouble if I am pulled over. I intend on informing the secretary of state about my new employment and having my permit amended but this is a process that takes time. If I wait for that to happen I'll lose out on the job that has taken me so long to find. I wonder if the secretary of state will know that I am driving outside of my allowed hours, and if so if they will make an issue of it. My only worry is the camera in my car. Is it possible that it could become an issue? I would hate to miss out on my new job because of this. Any insight is appreciated, thanks!

You may want to consider the consequences of getting caught now rather than later. If you get caught you will not have transportation to either job. goodluck.

Are you asking the member of this forum to assist you in "getting one over" on the State? :(

You have made MADD even richer, and they punish you with thousands of dollars. Go figure though, if you rape or murder somebody, you are not fined. If you get pulled over by a cop and explain the situation, he may or may not let you off. The same would apply to the judge. I would probably be safe and get piece of mind if I were you by getting an informal hearing.
