Question about CS if filing from another country

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

Hello I have a few questions regarding CS. I have a 5 yr old son, dad isnt around, never has been, he signed an AOP at birth, no court orders for anything. I am married and my kids, myself, and hubby are living in Italy as he is in the army. I am thinking of opening a child support case. Since we live in another country how would things like supervised visitation be worked out, my husband is a specialist and to be honest we do not in anyway make the kind of money it would require to fly me and my son back stateside for visitation. Since dad signed an AOP would a paternity test be required? Can I even open a case from where I am? I plan to call the AGs office shortly but have found this site to be most helpful in the past and as always any advice or suggestions are most appreciated.

I just talked to the AG, I can open a case but standard visitation will apply if I do so and was told I would need an attorney, any suggestions on a Texas attorney with reasonable rates that could help me with me living out of the U.S?
