My husband is the only person on the deed. It has no liens on it. He wants to add my name to it. Do we use a special warranty deed or something else to accomplish this task ? We are in Nacogdoches,TX

Note that "adding your name" isn't like being in some club. He's giving you half the house.

Whether he uses a quit claim or some sort of warranty deed is up to him with regard to what sort of representations he wants to make about his ownership in the property.
