Question about gas station charges

Well, I live in South Carolina. There is this gas station down the road from my house. They charge an extra 10-15 cents for c/c usage at the pump. I was just wondering if that was legal.

They can charge whatever they can get away with.

I believe it would be covered by their merchants agreement with the cc companies.

call your cc company and ask if they are allowed to do that per their merchant agreement.
