What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

On the praecipe form, it has a section that reads like this:

Certification

I certify that the attached pleading is in
compliance with MCR 2.114.

Signature___________________________
Attorney for Petitioner

Date_______________________________

These are the forms used for Pro Se motions...there is no attorney. Who's supposed to sign here? And what does it mean by attached pleadings-just the statements and motions?

Thanks a lot!
