What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
Well, recently my landlord complex was switched to a new complex owner which promptly "repaired" a door (well 2).
The landlord's agent fixed the bathroom door to where it dosent jam. He said he would request a new door and the frame be replaced. He also just hammered in the bedroom door (which jammed at the top and the front of the door is pealing off). Now since they "repaired" the door this shows that they know the issue.
So my question is. If were were to move, could they charge us for these items as needing repaired?
