What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

My husband and I were doing business with Aaron's Rent's Inc. We were moving and informed this company three times what our new address was, the last time being when we made our payment before moving and asked them to move their stuff, as per their contract. Since we were moving on a Sunday, they wouldn't do it because of it not being regular business hours. We got behind on payments and were planning on returning their property on 7/10/06.

On 7/7/06 some guy named Daniel Henry calls my husband's work and tells his boss that he needed to meet with my husband, and that he would be there around 5:30 pm. My husband is a wrecker driver, on police rotation, and isn't at the yard most of the time. He was home around 5:00pm so we, being myself, my husband, and our two kids-ages 7 and 8, rode with him to meet with this guy.

When we get to the shop, Mr. Henry arrived with an attitude. It turned out that he was the new manager for the Aaron's store that we rented from. There are two gates to his job's property, one of them being a state impound lot. He entered the impound lot to speak to my husband when his boss informed Mr. Henry that he was not authorized to be on a state impound lot and that if he wanted to speak with my husband, he needed to step outside the gate. Mr. Henry refused to comply until my husband's boss threatened to call the police.

My husband and Mr. Henry stepped outside the gate and once again, Mr. Henry got an attitude, so my husband told him to leave the property, to which he refused. Finally, after a little more arguing, Mr. Henry decided to leave. As he got to the front gate he turned to my husband and said, "I'll see you in court!" My husband replied, "Fine!" Then Mr. Henry turned, took one step forward, pointed at my husband and said, "I'm going to "F" (only he said the word) you up!"

Both myself and my husband's boss, upon hearing this, said, "What did you say?" Of course Mr. Henry then denied saying. My husband's boss called the police and detained Mr. Henry until the police arrived. They issued Mr. Henry a trespass warning.

On 7/8/2006 I called Aaron's to make arrangements for them to come and pick up their stuff. Their stuff was due to be picked up on 7/14/06 at 8:30 am.

On 7/11/06 a Process Server show's up at our house. Aaron's had filed for a replevin, in Oklahoma County Courts.

Now, for the stupid question, doesn't a replevin have to be filed in the county were their property is located? I ask because both our home and my husband's job are located in Cleveland County.

Thanks for any help on this.
