What is the name of your state? VA

After a breakup in November, I was forced to leave the house the same night from my fiancee, as well as her family members, even though I had a feeling that it wasn't legally correct. I've lived in the house ever since she bought it, which has been over 2 years now. Question is, since she is the owner of the house, does she have the legal right to make me leave immediately? Or do I have any rights to 30 days or anything like that because I've lived here, and can prove that this is where I live? I have moved back in since, but it's been weighing on my mind. Thanks.

Why raise the issue after you've been allowed back in? Second thoughts? Spite? Vengeance? You'll just be stoking the fire.

If that is your place of residence, the LL (your former quasi future mother-in-law) must evict if she wants you out. Period. Let it rest.

You should have been given 30 days notice or whatever the minimum notice is for your state. However, you left when asked so there's not much you can do about it now.
